Not only do we cover your products we take care of them after the purchase too. We offer a repair service for your white and brown goods that is second to none. We also have a range of service contracts to fit your budget to ensure your appliances always run smoothly.
Can I reserve a date for delivery?
Yes. If you are going on holiday or simply unavailable on the dates given we will work to accommodate the best day that suits you.
Who will be repairing my product?
To provide all the services you might need after you have bought your new product, from setting up to repairs. Providing your product is still in the warranty period, all repairs will be made by the manufacturer under their guidelines. For items outside of the warranty period we can recommend 3rd party services.
Do I need a service contract?
To ensure your device is kept in good health its worth having an annual health check up as with anything mechanical wear and tear can cause future problems.
What if you can't repair the item
If for some reason we are unable to repair your product our expert staff we will advise you on the best appliance for replacement
How do I pay for a repair?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, Cash and Cheques. All Service charge payments can be made at the time of the call out.
How can I pay?
All Major credit and debit cards are accepted, including cash and cheques. We are part of the Love2shop scheme so if you have any vouchers we can even accept these for appliances purchased. Note vouchers are only accepted for new appliances only and not repairs.
